St. Joseph’s College conducts its UG and PG courses in two shifts:

    A.  UG- The UG programs’ shifts are differenciated on the basis of the class timins. The Shift-I takes place from 8:30 am to 1:20 pm whereas the Shift-II is conducted from 1:45 pm to 6:30 pm.

    B.  PG- The PG programs’ shifts are differenciated on the basis of the class timings. The Shift-I takes place from 8:30 am to 1:20 pm whereas the Shift-II is conducted from 1:45 pm to 6:30 pm.

Admission to St. Joseph’s College can be done only through both online mode. The selection process is direct and based on the merit scored in 10+2 or equivalent examination except for MBA for which one is required to qualify the TANCET entrance exam. St. Joseph’s College Trichy Scholarship

St. Joseph’s College offers various scholarships to help students on the basis of their merit. Mentioned below are the brief of the scholarships offered by the institute:

  • Jesuit Educational Support (JES): It is a management scholarship for school, college and hostellers. Students can avail this scholarship for their studies. Every year, 60 lakh students are benefitted.
  • Backward Classes Welfare: To be eligible for this, the annual income of parents must be INR 1-2 LPA. The scholarship amount will be credited to the student’s bank account. The student must submit his/her bank details with IFSC codes.
  • Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare: To be eligible for this scholarship, the annual income of parents must be from INR 1-2.50 LPA.
  • Higher Educational Special Scholarship: This scholarship can be availaed by only SC Hindu and ST and SC Christians. The eligible candidates’ family income must be INR 1 Lakh. In this scholarship scheme, the UG candidates who are staying in the hostel are given a grant of INR 7,500 and for the PG students, the grant is given for INR 8,000. The students must submit their bank account details with IFSC code.

  1. Hostel: There are 4 hostels for men and 1 for women. There are two separate hostels for boys as per the shift timings.
